So if there’s one thing that’s great about my house, it’s the cooling function of the underfloor heating. That works great.

Yesterday my heat pump showed an error: A9. A search in the manual showed that I would definitely need to contact the specialist company.

Time-wise, the whole thing was after any support times.

So I researched on the Internet. However, I didn’t really get anything out of it, except for one article that suggested an old IT trick:

Switch off, switch on.

No sooner said than done. And lo and behold, it’s been running smoothly ever since.

(I can’t say whether that was really the best solution.)

Corona is over. The war is on. Now comes the monkey pox.
The world is obviously desperate to get rid of us.

I’m going to start smoking again. Support the world a little bit, that it goes faster.

Friday evening I experienced a tornado up close in Wunsiedel. And this one passed my house by a hair’s breadth. I saw for about 1-2 minutes nothing at all. Only wind, rain, leaves, dirt. I had never experienced anything like that before. My house is still standing, the grill has fallen over and dented and a few other things outside were broken. A house a few meters away has lost several roof tiles. A tree about 20 meters away broke off. A big, strong tree. I think we were pretty lucky.

It’s a mystery to me that something like that even happened in our area. But it speaks for the fact that the climate change is more blatant than I first thought.

I smoked a cigarette yesterday. I had quit in 2007. I am not proud of it, feel guilty and bad. But it was a nice evening with good colleagues 1 or 2 beers and then that… 🙁

Finally on a business trip again. After being locked up while Corona for over 2 years.

So dear ones, made an appointment today that can change my whole life. Let’s see where this leads.

I need to work on my time management extremely urgently. Today I’m almost non-stop with meetings. This is not working.

Yesterday already we went to the hospital. My little one has a fever and complains of earache. So we went to the emergency service. Yes, a pending middle ear infection, but it is not yet so far. However, that didn’t stop my little one from keeping us almost completely awake during the night.

Today she’s going to the doctor again with my wife, while I’m trying to take care of the whole day, sometimes extremely important, appointments and a job interview. No idea how that is supposed to work. I feel like a folding chair in semi-retirement. Shortly before folding.

Okay, off to the first meeting.

I just tried to paint a face. I started with the eyes. Then I realized, that there isn’t enough space left for the rest… 🤔

I’m sitting at the Greek restaurant waiting for my food.
