I would have to re-trigger everything in terms of house “still 20 open points”. For the 30th time if not more. But I don’t have the strength. But if I don’t do it, nothing happens. How do I find the strength for things for which I have no strength? ๐ฎโ๐จ

What is a long-lasting remedy for oily face and scalp?
I have since had the problem of an extremely oily face and scalp. This naturally leads to problems with pimples and inflammation, which hurt terribly, especially on the scalp.
What remedies do you know that can help me? Also more along the lines of: They help for longer. Not just keeping the oily skin away for 2-3 hours, but rather 1-2 days.

Saturday I’m off to Switzerland for a week of training. Exactly in the week when my wife is also incredibly busy, countless appointments. That’s when I leave her alone with feelings of guilt and two small children. And to make matters worse, her parents went on holiday yesterday. I don’t know how she’s going to cope and I already know that I’ll be thinking about it all next week, I’ll have a guilty conscience and I’ll only be able to concentrate on the training to a limited extent.
Tadaaaaa.

I’m curious if my business trip to Switzerland will fall flat next week. Right now, pretty much everyone around me is getting Corona. Again.
I was on 2 days at a fair bumper cars ride. The first day everything was okay. And I must say - I have meanwhile - or long - hellish respect for the vehicle. On the second day, my little one cried extremely, although she had liked it very much on the first day. So I drove slowly to the edge in a corner and stopped. I leaned over to her, sat diagonally in the bumper car and saw out of the corner of my eye that someone was racing from behind. I could still protect my little one, but my back was extremely sore. I think that quite something happened, because I can hardly move.
So much for the joy of leisure.
I did not want to drive in advance, because I always hurt me so far. But… one obviously does not learn. Now I may probably treat myself to physiotherapy soon.
