Best thing from the iPhone 14 Pro: Dynamic Island
I would love to play with that black bubble all day long.

Oh, and this one 😍📷

That wonderful view out of the window. 😍📷

Oops, my “good” old exhaust. Well, 390,000 km far you have brought me. Well done. You may now retire.

Depression sucks, honestly. I didn’t used to have that. But building a house and the ongoing problems, my dad’s serious illness, and a few other things like that…. Phew.

(Very personal right now, but I learned that depression is accepted outside of Germany. Well, in some countries. Here, on the other hand, you are quickly put down as “crazy”. “Cheer up” is what they say. “It’ll be alright!")

I’m very technical today…

Once again, I signed up for 3 months of Apple Music, even though I love Spotify. Unfortunately, Apple Music has a few albums or live sets by my favourite artists that Spotify doesn’t have. That annoys me. But I also refuse to run multiple streaming services in parallel. So how do I solve this problem? I’ve tried moving away from Spotify several times, but always come back. In the end, the Black and Green streaming service offers the best recommendations and the widest range of music.

I guess that’s my eternal search for adventure and newness. If only that would stop at some point….

I love trying out weather apps. I think I do it every 3 months. And after that I’m always disappointed, that none of them is able to always show the right weather. 😂

Raindrop.io Pro subscription successfully completed. Somehow, it’s the “egg-laying willow sow” after all.

We went hiking today on the “Schamusiway”. On this small but very nice forest hiking trail you meet some animals… 😀

Wanted: Someone (single) who would like to swap a day or two with me (family). A change would be really good. 😂

Am I the only one who hates two-factor authentication. I constantly have to use my cell phone to log in somewhere. With some tools several times a day. Grrrrrr!!!

The wasp loves bear sausage. These little animals bit out pretty big pieces of sausage today at breakfast and then flew away with it. Kind of nice to look at.

It’s funny (no it’s not) that the Hot Wheels add-on for Forza Horizon 5 is significantly better than the official Hot Wheels game. 🎮

Samaritan (2022) Review 🍿

I couldn’t decide whether to shout hurrah or bullshit from start to finish. But lo and behold, at least I watched the movie from start to finish.

Keywords: cool moments, over-the-top snot, annoying brat, strong Sly, sexy mom.

For weeks now I have very intense dreams. Phew… That’s exhausting.

What’s the new tech/web/app shit everybody wants but nobody needs?

I need to try it out!!! 😂

here he is, the Momolorian! ha, too cute. 😍 yeah, i copied what @maique did. again. 😂

I feel like every book service (Goodreads, Storygraph, Literal, Oku,…) sucks when it comes to recommendations on what I should read next. What have you had the best experiences with when it comes to recommendations? 📚

Top Gun: Maverick (2022) Review 🍿

Top Gun: Maverick was a similar surprise for me as Mad Max: Fury Road. I went into the film without particularly high expectations, but with good general ratings in mind and couldn’t stop grinning.

Such brilliant shots, that familiar and driving music, that connection to the first film and yet that uniqueness. This tension, this incredible action. Much like Terminator 2, Top Gun: Maverick is for me a sequel that outdoes the first film in more ways than one.

And as a bonus: Even my wife, who is very picky about movies, was heavily into the film.

One of my most loved “new releases from my favorite artists” services is back: MusicButler

In the beginning of the year the developer wanted to close the service. That got to me so much that I deleted the account straight away. Now I have found the service again. The developer got so much good feedback that he started again, now with a subscription model so that it pays off for him.

In this case, I am almost willing to take out another subscription, even though I have cancelled almost all of them recently.

Brandenburger Tor. 📷

This remake of Watch Out, We’re Mad, now available on Netflix is an imposition. No charm, no fun. It doesn’t honor the good old Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movies, but drags them through the mud. 🍿

Flip Flop Tattoo.

Sorry for the dirt and the broken nail, I was the whole day outside 😂

How can you tell you’ve gotten fat? That’s right, when it bursts your pants. On the butt.

I could say now that I bought the pants in 2011 in Ibiza, where I was still much slimmer, but no one would believe me anyway.
